Fees are the same in person as by videoconference.

- Services are available in English and French, in person in Victoriaville and by secure videoconference.
- Insurance receipts are available.
- Sexology services may be eligible as medical expenses for tax purposes when applicable conditions are met.
- IVAC services are available for eligible individuals. Authorized meetings are billed directly to IVAC; a fee of $20.50 per meeting is requested from the client, covering the difference between the individual rate ($115) and the $94.50 IVAC reimbursement.
- Hormone therapy referral letter: the hourly rate matches that of the individual consultation. The evaluation may require approximately 3 to 4 meetings, depending on the situation and the requirements of the professional or clinic that will receive the referral.
Cancelling or rescheduling a meeting
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 48 business hours before the scheduled meeting. Otherwise, an administrative fee equal to 50% of the meeting's fee may be charged.
For appointments offered through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a 24-hour notice period applies.
Returning communications
Emails and calls are returned only during the clinic's business hours: Monday to Friday, according to the schedule posted on the Contact page.
