Consultation requests
Sending a request does not create any commitment to provide services and does not constitute a confirmed appointment. No time slot is reserved through the site.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. In an emergency, dial 911 or 811.
Cancellation and no-show policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 48 business hours before the scheduled meeting. Otherwise, an administrative fee equal to 50% of the meeting's fees may be charged. For appointments offered under an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a 24-hour notice period applies.
Payment methods
Payments are accepted by Interac e-Transfer, cash, or cheque.
Practice territory
Services are offered to people residing in Québec. Videoconference consultations are reserved for people located in Québec at the time of the meeting, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Québec.
